Sphag Wafers are used for deflasking. This size wafer (65mm x 40mm) is ideal for use in a 50mm tube.
Create a sandwich with your seedling, immerse in warm water until the wafers swell and insert in to a 50mm tube or directly in to a 50mm – 30 hole tray.
